Privacy Policy

AziAl Engineering Infra Tech - FZCO is a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at A5, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) and its executive regulations, together with Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services and Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes. Where a client, project or free-zone authority applies its own data protection regime, we follow whichever standard gives the individual greater protection.

We only collect what we need to quote, deliver and record construction work.

• Enquiry data — your name, phone number, email address, the type of client you are, the services you selected and anything you write in the message field of our quote form.
• Project and site data — property address, unit or plot number, access arrangements, drawings, specifications, existing service layouts, meter and account references, and the names and numbers of the people we must coordinate with on site.
• Inspection and snagging records — photographs, videos, measurements, thermal or electrical test readings and written defect notes captured inside the property during a survey, snag list inspection, testing or commissioning visit.
• Contract and payment data — quotations, variation orders, invoices, bank transfer references, trade licence and Emirates ID or passport copies where an authority, developer or building management requires them for permits and site passes.
• Technical data — standard web server logs and basic, aggregated usage statistics when you visit this website.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send health, biometric, religious or similar information through the quote form.

• To answer your call, WhatsApp message or quote request.
• To carry out a site survey and produce a quotation with a bill of quantity.
• To enter into and perform a contract with you: procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• To obtain permits, NOCs and authority approvals, and to submit handover documentation to developers, building management, DEWA and other utility or regulatory bodies where the works require it.
• To issue invoices, collect payment and keep accounting and tax records.
• To honour warranty and defects-liability obligations and, where relevant, statutory liability for structural and installation works under UAE law.
• To defend or bring a legal claim, and to comply with lawful requests.

Our lawful bases are your consent for enquiries and follow-up, performance of a contract for project work, compliance with a legal obligation for regulatory and tax records, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not rent or trade contact lists with brokers or agencies.
• We do not publish photographs of a client’s property, drawings, snag reports or project details as references without that client’s written permission.
• We do not use inspection media for marketing. Site photographs are working records for the report and the project file.

Access is limited to those who need it to deliver the work:

• AziAl employees, supervisors and directly engaged crews assigned to your project.
• Specialist subcontractors and suppliers, restricted to the scope, address and contact details required to execute their package.
• Your appointed consultants, main contractor, developer or building management where they form part of the approval and handover chain.
• Authorities and utility providers where a submission, permit, inspection or connection requires it.
• Our accountants, auditors, insurers and legal advisers, and our hosting and communication providers acting as processors under contract.

Anyone acting for us is bound by confidentiality and may use the data only for the instructed purpose.

Enquiry submissions from this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in a managed cloud database with access controls and encryption at rest. Project files, drawings and inspection media are held in controlled company accounts.

Some of our hosting and communication providers operate infrastructure outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we transfer it only to jurisdictions or providers offering an adequate level of protection, or under contractual safeguards that meet the transfer conditions of the PDPL.

Our safeguards include role-based access, device and account controls, encrypted transmission, restricted sharing of site media, and written confidentiality terms with staff and subcontractors. No system is absolutely secure, but we work to a standard proportionate to the sensitivity of building and property data.

• Enquiries that do not proceed — up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Project, inspection and handover records — for the life of the contract and the defects-liability period, and thereafter for as long as we may be required to answer for the works under applicable UAE limitation and construction liability rules.
• Invoices and accounting records — for the retention period required by UAE commercial, corporate tax and VAT legislation.

We delete or anonymise data once the purpose and the retention period have ended.

Under the PDPL you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it;
• restrict or object to a particular processing activity;
• transfer your data to another party in a structured, machine-readable format; and
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Deletion may be refused where a record must be retained for a legal, tax or construction-liability reason; we will tell you if that applies and explain why. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.

This site does not run advertising trackers or profiling cookies, and it does not store your enquiry in your browser. We rely on essential technical requests needed to serve the pages and on aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics. Links to WhatsApp and your phone dialler hand you over to those applications, which apply their own privacy terms.

We update this policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
